What you need to know about your Vehicle Repair Experience-
- YOU pick your Preferred Auto Body Shop, NOT the insurance company. Insurance companies will often "guide" you towards a "preferred" Auto Body Shop of their choosing saying things like, "This body shop is in our preferred network" or "This body shop is on the preferred vendors list". This is because, more often than not, these companies have entered into a contractual agreement with the Auto Body Shop for referrals. In reality, YOU get to select YOUR preferred Auto Body Shop.
- We will coordinate with your insurance to set up your rental car. When you have unexpected car issues, the last thing any of us needs is the added stress of coordinating a rental car. Enterprise can pick you once you’ve dropped your vehicle off and you can leave your loaner car with us when you return for your repaired vehicle.
- Estimates are FREE. We are happy to work with you and get you a comprehensive FREE Estimate. Walk-Ins are welcome Monday through Friday.
- We coordinate all steps of the process for a stress free and streamlined experience. Our expert team of Car Repair Technicians coordinate with the Customer Care team to keep you updated and make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle.
